Hi, I’m Krysta!
An girl power educator, sexologist, and founder of Femininity Speaking® aka FemSpeaking®.
For five years, I’ve been on a mission to make conversations about bodies, boundaries, and growing up not just easier, but fun and empowering.
As a media-featured sexologist and dating expert, my work has been highlighted in Cosmopolitan, on FOX26, and as a speaker at the 2023 Sexology Summit. I’ve led modern sex education and confidence workshops for high school seniors and college freshman, equipping young women with the tools to enter adulthood informed and self-assured.
I created FemSpeaking because I saw the gap between outdated, clinical lessons and the real-life questions young people actually have. My approach is modern, relatable, and shame-free designed to meet students where they are, speak their language, and leave them feeling confident in their own skin.
Whether it’s teaching about puberty, sexual health, or personal safety, I believe every girl deserves a safe space to learn, ask questions, and be respected.
This isn’t just education, it’s empowerment for life.
